We have used Toughbooks from Bob for the last several years and have always been more than satisfied. His products are so dependable that I have stopped buying the extended warranty. About a year ago, I purchased 3 Toughbooks from a competitor when Bob was low on stock and I needed them quickly. After a few short months, ALL 3 of those failed and I have replaced them with units purchased from Bob Johnson. I will never buy a toughbook from anyone else.

I recently ordered 3 Toughbook CF-48 hard drive caddy's for the reasonable price of $25.00. (Aftermarket, crappy ones are available on Ebay for the same price.) Hm-m-m-m, should I get originals or crappy copies? I pondered for seconds before deciding. They not only arrived in good condition well packed but... "Faster than a speeding bullet." Your shipping department is now entitled to full use of that phrase as well. Great job and consider me happy.
