The FZ-40 comes with a 14.0" FHD screen that has a resolution of 1920 x 1080. The screen also has a 1200 nits maximum screen brightness paired with some Anti-reflective (AR) screen treatments that make this laptop perfect for working in direct sunlight. On top of that, it has a Concealed Mode, perfect for police officers on a stakeout.

This FZ-40 comes with several different input methods. The backlit chiclet keyboard is just as great, if not better than the CF-31's. But, for the first time, you have a keyboard on a Toughbook that you can customize the color on! The touch screen has six modes (auto, rain, glove, touch, pen, pen/touch) to help you use it in any environment. The touchscreen is paired with a stylus that enables you to make more accurate selections on the screen.
