  • Laptop must be in Grade B and has substantial wear and tear on the laptop.

  • All components of the following components must be included:

    • AC Adapter

    • Battery

    • Optical Drive (CDROM, CDRW, DVD or Combo Drive)

    • Restore disks if applicable

  • Proof of ownership

  • Final Grade B condition to be verified by our Technicians.

Guidelines for laptop parts:

  • Laptop parts must be in working condition

  • We suggest that you compile a detailed list of the parts

To get an accurate quotation on your laptop equipment please supply the following information:

  1. Your Name, Address, and Phone number

  2. Complete specifications of the equipment.  For laptops that includes the model number, processor type, hard drive size, RAM memory, type drives, and any other accessories that you will be including.

  3. Any known problems or defects.  Be honest here because we test all equipment before we send out payment.

  4. Send pictures of the equipment if you are able.

Once we have quoted you a price for the laptop equipment you can then send the following:

  • Laptop Equipment on quotation

  • A copy of the emailed quotation

  • Payment instructions

We suggest that you send the laptop equipment via a trackable carrier like UPS or FEDEx and insure for the amount of the quotation.  Payment occurs after we have confirmed and tested the equipment.  Time between arrival of laptop equipment and payment is about 10 business days.
