Used Computers

All of our used computers are off lease corporate machines.  We carry the desktop and tower style computers.  We offer quantity discounts on all of our used computers and used laptops.  We stock such name brands as IBM, Dell, and Compaq.  The models may vary like Dell dimensions or Optiplex but our prices will always be the lowest.  Unlike the refurbished laptops that we sell you can get a lot of machine for your money.  As is the case with our cheap laptops our used computers come with our Lifetime warranty. 

Off-Lease Computers

The computers that we sell are corporate off-lease machines.  In most cases the reason that they are taken out of production is because the manufactures warranty is over.  These machines typically have a 3 year warranty from the manufacturer.  What tends to be the standard with this type of computer is that they specifications of the units are usually pretty good.

Name Brand Computers

In most cases we have in stock the major brand computers like Dell, Compaq, and IBM.  These manufacturers usually have a corporate line of machines not sold in the retail stores.  For example Compaq makes a Presario model sold in the retail store.  Their corporate machine is the Deskpro.  Dell makes an Optiplex for the Corporate market and IBM makes the Net vista.  All of these corporate computers, when sold new, come with a 3 year warranty.  However their retail machines will usually only have a 1 year warranty.  I believe that they will use lower grade computer parts in the retail line to reduce the cost and price of the machines.  Making the Corporate computers a better buy.

With desktop and tower computers becoming more of a throw-away type electronics like the toaster and microwave oven.  Prices for the used stuff have really come down.  I would venture to say that it would be a better idea to purchase a cheap used computer that may be about 1 to 2 years old.  The cost would be a fraction of a new computer.  Then in about 12 months purchase the computer that you would have purchased if you were to have bought the brand new one the year before.  Your cost of acquisition would be lower.
